General Info

When you choose to entrust Tui-Rose with your special occasion flowers
we promise to take the best care with them.

Our preserving method is very gentle on your flowers, and so it will take
six weeks to dry your bouquet.

For best results, we prefer to receive your bouquet as soon as possible
after the event. The fresher the flowers, the better the colour retention in
the finished picture. There will be minor colour differences with some
varieties of flowers, however, we do not paint or touch up your flowers,
so this is an important point to remember. Sunday delivery or pickup
can be arranged, especially in warmer weather.

Bouquets should be handled gently to minimise bruising, and be
refrigerated overnight when possible to prevent over blooming.

Cleaning

Dust the frame and clean the glass the same as you would for your
normal photo frames.

All materials used are acid free, and the frame is well sealed however,
in the unlikely event of your picture being in need of an internal clean
or freshen up, please phone us for a free consultation and service.

Transportation

If travelling any distance with your frame, please use plenty of padding
and keep your frame flat on it's base.

There is always the possibility that long distance travel will loosen any
powder residue in the flowers. This is harmless "dust" and is easily removed.
